Week 1
We have had a lovely first week back!
We have been enjoying some time outside in the sunshine, but also in the mud!
In phonics, we have been recapping our sounds and learning to read 2 syllable words.
In maths, we have been learning how to compose the number 7 from smaller numbers.
It has been Islam Week in our school, so in RE we have been looking at mosques and different ways to pray.
We watched a 'Something Special' episode about fire fighters. We found out that Mrs Ashcroft's husband is a fire fighter. He brought his uniform in for us to try on.
